that's how you make lawyers... scat filled butt sex.. some are even product of savage prison butt rape I tell you.
Case 1.
My arwah father bought a house- cash- in 1994 and full payment was made accordingly within the contracted time. Problem comes from the lawyer handling the sales and purchase of the property, somehow they managed to drag the process, to transfer the property to my father's name from 1994 to year 2003, which was almost 10 years ago... I believe the reason my father had his heart attacks was due to dealing with those butt droppings. The sad part was, we have paid all dues to the law firms, a lot of money have gone in, money that my dad worked so hard for - even after his retirement.
Case 2.
I took over the case and pursued the case above and we found out that the lawyer was no longer in business, gone defunct. (Well that's what you get from bad business practice muthafaka). I found out finally early this year through my neighbour, (who is a lawyer but a nice one, bless her) that the case files has been transfered to another lawyer in sunway. I contacted the law firm to continue the case- sometime first half of the year - and guess what? They have managed to do the same for 3 months now, no update, not moving at all. I was the one calling around looking for the developer's latest address, I went to the land office for land search, called up the bank, etc while they sat on their scatty asses.
Each time I called up the law office, the guys there will be oblivious of my case, "the files are with the lawyer", "the lawyer not in office", etc I send letters by fax asking for update and a phone call just to know what's going on but no replies. I managed to wrestled the lawyer's mobile number from his staff and called him, but he won't pick up my calls, and I send sms asking for status but no replies. So last night I send and sms telling him if he's not interested in continuing the case, at the very least, be a professional and let me know so that I can find other lawyers. Immediately I got an unapologetic sms from him saying he's not been to the office for a while and his mom is currently sick, warded. That's all. Fucks! I hope your mom get better and you die of polio you shit for dick.
I called up the law office today and still same respond, the shit heads there are as ever oblivious.. makan gaji buta.. I sms the lawyer asking when he can give me an update on my case. Prompt rude reply from him was "when he's in the office". I asked again if that's going to be today. Another fuck- off,-I'm- better- than- you- coz- I -got -scatty -ass reply from him was "not sure, I will let you know". Muthawardedfucka! I'll give him 3 more days before I engage (poor me) with another lawyer. I hope there will be less shit flinging with the new law firm.

Think it's just bad luck with the property? My sister bought a low cost house (flat actually) 2 years ago and she engaged a law firm for sales and purchased and all that shit. She specifically asked the lawyer if it's OK for her to buy the house since she has not gotten married yet at that time. Lawyer said OK all ho-hum.. And she proceeded to pay the down-payment and arranged for a loan. Then the lawyer started his antics kept delaying thing, and finally not answering call, etc. Same muthafucker? no! different lawyer, same product of butt sex I guess. They dragged and dragged and we finally found out that they made a mistake of advising my sister that it was OK to continue with the purchase when it is against the local municipal law for unmarried person to purchase low cost flat from the the municipal council. Stupid butthole dropping. So the whole thing got stuck for 2 years until my sister gotten married and she finally managed to get things moving. I'm glad that the ordeal is going to be over soon for her. She emailed me today happy that her house will finally be hers after 2 long years and loads of money out.
I'd like to post a brutal picture of butt rape to remind all lawyers where they came from but I guess that would offend my readers who may not be lawyers. An advice to my readers, avoid butt sex at all cost and save the world from anymore growth in number of these anal secretions.

I arrived to the office this morning and first thign I did was go to one of the many office restrooms to wash my face. Yes your face tend to feels oily and sticky when walking along the highway from the komuter station to my office. Anyway I went it and oh gawd, somebody was in one of the booths and argkhh.. man the smell , I felt like I'm swimming in shit.. waht the hell did you ate last night to make your shit stink so badly? shitloaf? bak kut shit? shit curry? shit masak lemak ?
damn! I feel like I need to go back and take a hot antibactirial bath.. seriously.. I was in and out of that restroom in 2 sec, cannot tahan... ishk.. dude, you know you have to flush away that shit even before you done shitting so that the rest of the world is saved from your hoobastank.. aiyo... stupid shit head

after 2 weeks of thinkering around and scratching our asses head we finally done it. We managed to get the old industrial pc running MSDOS 6.22 on to the network!

I was reading the news late at night after coming back from the office and spotted this interesting erm statistics.
Simple survey, you are asked "In your opinion, what are the best steps to combat the haze problem.". Ok innocent enough question but wait, the choices for answers are "Agree" and "Disagree"? Erm agree or disagree with what? Clearly the author of this little survey forgot to take his brain out of his ass before coming out with this survey.
Oh wait, another interesting finding, apparently up to 10:30pm, 2768 people reading and taking this survey too forgot that their brains does not belong in their asses. I can't believe it, thousands of people actually voted for the irrelevent answers for the survey!
Are these the same people who got confused during the 2000 Florida ballot confusion and voted for pat buchanan instead? Makes me wonder if any confusion when they were typing AFUNDI recently as well :P

did we forgot?
it's been clear skies these few days and people has stop worrying about API. Yes Air pollution index. Have we forgotton to thank our brave firefighters for putting out forest fires in the indonesia?
a friend said that we wasted money putting out firest started by indonesian but to me it's alot better than us foreign policy. If we're the US of A, Indonesia will be invaded on grounds of having lots of forests and box of matches, thus posing a clear and present danger of igniting forest fires and sending haze attacks to the good people of Malaysia, I mean US of A :P
again, I would like to pay tribute to our firefighters! Big THANK YOU to you guys. You guys rawks!

I configured my father-in-law's smart phone to download latest local news headlines using avantgo and has successfully done sync'ed Berita Harian, Harian Metro, The Star, New Straits Times and The Malay Mail to the phone.
