www.streetdirectory.com removed their KL maps.. and focus only on singapore city map. Now how am I supposed to find directions online? I guess it's bound to happen, can't rely on others, especially singaporean company to offer service for malaysian. But stil, do they not know most of their visitors are from Malaysia?

gone in 12 hours

yesterday was payday, well not actually yesterday but my pay came in on 27th noon this month.. and by night my maybank account is clear.. zip, zippo, nada, big zero.. except for teh compulsary RM 10 you need to mantain in your account else they'll close it. This and that, bill to pay ,etc..
I guess same goes for everyone, except those AP kings :P it pays to be well connected indeed..

if you have money to spare, send them to me ya! cash and RM prefered, since the USD has been dropping against RM these few days..

guns and ammo sunday

Spent few hours at the shooting range on sunday morning. I went to practice for next week's shotgun competition. I thought I give Glock 9mm a few rounds. The trigger was a tad too tight for my liking, or maybe I was spoiled by the smaller Glock during my last sidearm shootout.

The baretta semi-auto shotgun rawkssss.. I had 100% plate and poppers hit. Now to work on my timing coz it's all about speed in shotgun. Competition is next saturday. I hope I'm fast enough by then. Where's that toy shotgun I haven't bought? :P

I am reminded why I very VERY seldom have lunch since workign here.. I went to the cafeteria lunch time today and urgkhh... if there's any appetite in me today it's gone now.. the food here sucks major ass..

finally my scritp to extract bandwidth from cisco catalyst switch is working.. the trending using mrtg is runnign smoothly since morning and I can't wait to see the outcoem of my experiment.. oh yeah and I'm still having headache.. how to get ip address of the machines connected to each ports? since switches are layer 2 device, no possible way to do this? other than to check on cable labelling... cisco should work on this if you ask me..

I'm set to clone disk of my linux server tomorrow. Hope everythign goes well. We escaped the last hardisk corruption on that server after 48 hours of downtime but ZERO data lost. Fuuuhhhhh..

uptown tower 3

I am at uptown tower 3 today, for the rest of the week. Intro to Cisco Networking course.. I couldn't sleep last nite due to allergic reaction.. Today I'm extremely sleepy, sleeping the the first class.. partly also because we're covering concepts.. theories, yada yada yada..
