that my brother-in-law has just been diagnosed as morbidly diabetic.. and also with high blood preasure... and he's 2 years younger than I am... I'm thankful to Allah for my health, especially after recent medical checkup that cleared me of any health problems.
I felt like I has been given second lease on life.. hence the battle of the buldge I'm fighting now. The hardest battle for the best things in life, your own health.
